These programmes are for Merton parents/carers of children aged from 19 months, up to their child’s third birthday who would benefit from support to further understand their child’s development and gain ideas of how to support their child’s learning and development through games and play activities.
In order to attend, you will need to have been referred. Upon processing of the referral, you will be emailed an access code which you can use to register. If you think you and your child may be eligible to attend, contact your local children's centre: https://www.merton.gov.uk/childrenscentres
The person referring you onto the programme will discuss how it can benefit you and your child. There are two programmes one aimed at children 12-18 months and one for 19-36 months.
This programmes are made up of 7 sessions (the first session is an induction into the programme) and offer a range of different learning and play experiences each week. Select a time and date for your first session from the options on this page. The programme will start on this date and continue at the same time and location for the next 6 consecutive weeks, unless the course facilitator advises you otherwise.
We strongly encourage you to attend all seven sessions in order to gain the maximum benefits for you and your child.
